The Advanced Diver Adventure course offered by Scuba Schools International (SSI) is a scuba diving certification program designed for certified Open Water Divers who want to expand their skills and knowledge in diving.
What you get from our Advanced Diver Adventure course
The Advanced Adventurer course typically consists of five specialty dives, including deep diving, underwater navigation, night diving, and three additional dives chosen by the student and the instructor to fit their interests and goals.
During the course, students will learn about advanced diving techniques, such as deep diving procedures, navigation techniques, and how to use dive computers and other dive equipment.
The deep diving specialty dive involves descending to a depth of between 18 to 30 meters, to learn how to safely plan and execute deep dives.
The underwater navigation specialty dive involves learning how to navigate underwater using a compass and natural features.
The night diving specialty dive involves diving at night to experience the unique marine life that emerges after dark.

The additional three specialty dives can be chosen from a wide range of options, including wreck diving at the USAT Liberty Wreck, fish identification, underwater photography, drift diving, and more.
The choice of these dives will depend on the interests and goals of the student, as well as the local diving conditions and the recommendations of the instructor.
Upon successful completion of the Advanced Adventurer course, students will be certified to dive independently with a dive buddy to a maximum depth of 30 meters.
